About us

The Collector's Vault sells graded cards, coins, comics, toys, games and other collectibles. Collectors Vault Trading LLC is the company behind the store. The people who answer your email are the same people who photograph and pack the orders.

Grading and condition

Most items come to us already graded by a third-party service. The item page lists the grader, the grade and the certification number, with a link to the grader's own lookup when it has one. Ungraded items are described in plain words, flaws included. We never put a grade on an item nobody graded.

Photos

The photos on a listing are of the item you get. We don't use stock photos or images borrowed from a price guide.

Shipping

Orders ship by the end of the next business day, with tracking. Higher-value orders ship insured and need a signature. The shipping page has the amounts.
