The Collector's Vault is operated by Collectors Vault Trading LLC and ships from Michigan.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States. If your country is not on that list, email collectorsvaulttrading@gmail.com before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier by the end of the next business day, weekends and holidays excluded. You get an email with tracking as soon as the label is bought. If we fall behind, we email you a new date and an offer to cancel for a full refund.

How it is packed

Cards go in a sleeve and a toploader or semi-rigid holder, slabs go in a fitted box, comics go between boards in a rigid mailer, and records ship in a record mailer with the sleeve outside the jacket. Every package is taped on both seams.

Cost, insurance and signatures

Shipping is quoted at checkout from the weight of the package and the rate table of the item's shipping profile. Orders above $250.00 are insured for their full value. Orders above $750.00 ship with signature confirmation, so someone has to be there to take the package.

Taxes and duties

No sales tax is collected at this time; you may owe use tax in your own state. For an international order you are the importer of record and any duty or import tax is yours to pay on delivery.

Lost and damaged packages

If tracking stops moving for 7 days or a package arrives damaged, email collectorsvaulttrading@gmail.com with the order number and photographs. We file the carrier claim and refund or replace the item. You don't have to deal with the carrier.
